Make your life easier: let us process your expenses and use the new features!
We have good news: our accounting software has a lot of new features and we are introducing a plus subscription, so you never have to process your expenses again. Let us do that for you!

How does it work?
The only thing you have to do: photograph your receipts through the Bookie Bonnen app (like you are used to) and mail the PDF’s of your invoices to your own Bookie inbox. We’ll take over from there and start processing all your receipts from then on.
What does it cost?
The monthly debits of your current subscription remain the same. The difference: at the end of the year, you will receive an additional invoice for your total number of receipts. For every 50 receipts processed, you pay €60 extra per year: that’s €5 per month. More info
How do I sign up?
Go to Subscription in The Bookie Webapp and select ZZP Plus or Entrepreneur Plus. As soon as we receive your application, we’ll contact you the same week. We’ll talk through the process so you can sit back and relax from now on!
New features
We’ve been working hard on The Bookie Webapp behind the scenes. And this weekend, we’ve implemented the biggest update of the past two years.
From today here’s what you’ll see when you log in:
- Our new fresh design
- Your turnover per month as well as last year on your Dashboard
- Different templates for invoices completely designed by yourself. Even if you have multiple trade names.
- Create multiple standard emails for your invoice, a reminder or even a payment reminder.
- A Bookie Inbox where you can email PDFs to.
- Prepare and send quotations. Your customers can approve these with one press of the button and you can easily convert the quotation into an invoice.
- The app is much faster because parts load separately and only the frontend (look of the app) needs to be adjusted.
Until April 1st, 2021, all features are available for everyone to use. After that the quotations and Bookie inbox will only be part of the Entrepreneurs and Plus subscriptions.
Income Tax ’20
On February 14th, we’ll send customers a detailed email about the 2020 Income Tax Return, authorizations and deferrals. Until then, you don’t have to do anything. Not a client yet or want to read about this process right now?
