All your tax returns? Pay a fixed fee

With us you pay a fixed fee per financial year. So €480 of €600. Regardless when you start working with us. Because most of it is a downpayment for latter services.

This way we can check your entire administration for 2021, adjust (in case of errors) VAT returns, draw up your annual figures for your company and include your personal situation for your 2021 Income Tax Return.

Rather pay per month? 

Do you not want us to do your VAT returns or income tax returns? Then you can stop whenever you want by returning your account to the free Basic version. Read the requirements.

How we work

Conditions for transferring your administration

In order to properly import your administration, it must be digital and meet a number of conditions.

Can’t we transfer your administration free of charge? Then we will let you know in advance.

What we need:

  • an Excel of csv with your sales and expenses

  • a digital folder with your sent invoices (pdf, jpeg)

  • a digital folder with the receipts and invoices of your expenses (pdf, jpeg)

The basis for all subscriptions is exactly the same: our accounting program, control, VAT returns, annual figures and Income Tax returns. And depending on your annual revenue. Up to €60,000 in turnover, it is €600 per year. Above that it is €720 per year. You always pay per month instead of 1 large invoice, so €50 or €60 ex VAT per month.

With a basic subscription, you enter all your expenses yourself. That means: you upload the receipt or invoice for an expense and fill in all the necessary information for each expense.

Don’t want that (anymore) and do you like it when your accountant continuously monitors you more? Then you can purchase Plus in addition to your Basic subscription. This way we enter your expenses for you, we submit a VAT return on our own initiative (instead of with Basis, where you remain ultimately responsible) and you have more features in The Bookie Webapp such as project administration.

It’s not that much of a difference in cost. You pay the amount of the basic subscription, so €50 or €60 per month, ánd you also buy credits. Think of it like a prepaid phone. You pay €60 per 50 expenses that we process for you. 1 credit is 1 expense. Only when those credits are used up, you buy another bundle of credits. So do you have few expenses? You pay little. Do you have more expenses? Then you pay a little more. This way you are not tied to a continuous, expensive subscription and the costs adapt to your needs.

How much does it costs to file my income tax return?2021-12-14T17:37:21+00:00

If you want us to also do your income tax return from the previous financial year, for example 2021, there are two options, depending on your wishes:

  1. Quotation: fixed fee – View your quotation here: https://www.thebookie.nl/en/income-tax-return/ Combine this with the Switch Deal: this way we’ll transfer your 2021 administration to our accounting program, The Bookie Webapp, free of charge.
  2. No quotation: hourly invoice – Do you want to dump your entire (paper) administration with us? In that case, we’ll collect the data we need. We will then submit your declaration on an hourly invoice (at €85 ex VAT per hour). You will receive a specified invoice afterwards. Unfortunately, we cannot make an estimate in advance of the costs for preparing annual accounts and the Income Tax Return. Keep in mind that this can turn out to be more expensive than a fixed annual rate: for this return we still have to check your entire administration, correct errors in previous returns, prepare annual figures and file the income tax return including your personal situation.

Within our subscription you keep your administration in The Bookie Webapp. Of course we understand that you want to try before you buy. That is why you can easily create a free version of our accounting program and try all the features to your heart’s content. You use most of them free of charge, such as sending invoices, processing expenses and statements. Go to https://app.thebookie.nl/en/accounts/signup/ and choose Bookie Basis.

Do you want us as your accountants? Then you convert your Bookie Basis with 1 press on the Upgrade button and an iDeal payment to a subscription.

Depending on your wishes, there are two options:

  1. If you want us to file your Income tax return for 2021, you can give us the login of your accounting program (for example Gekko, E-Boekhouding, Moneybird, Moneymonk or Exact). Then we’ll collect the data we need to draw up your annual figures. This service is based on our hourly rate of € 85 ex VAT.
  2. Do you prefer a fixed rate? Then we would like to have your administration in our system, The Bookie Webapp. We’ll convert your administration free of charge, if possible. You’ll then pay a subscription price in line with your turnover in 2021. To use this, your administration must meet a number of conditions. Call us for more info.
Can you process my expenses so I spend less time on my administration?2021-07-30T16:45:30+00:00

Yes, with the Plus modules you can also choose to leave the booking of expenses to us. This means that you only send invoices and upload photos of receipts / PDFs and we take over your administration from there. Minimal work and maximum insight. Do you want to make use of this? Then choose a Bookie plus module in addition to your subscription.

Within the standard subscription you enter expenses yourself and the standard activities are, as described.
